"I believe it will be a zillion times better than earth. No poverty, no murder, no terrorism, no racists, no pain, no hurricanes, or tsunamis, everyone and everything will be perfect." -Linda R on Yahoo.com
"There will be a river of life flowing through the middle of heaven with many types of fruit trees on either side. The colors will be gorgeous and the prayers of the saints will come up to God's throne like rainbow shades. People will have the houses you thought about.
The praise music will be glorious too and you will have a chance to meet everyone you knew on earth who you encouraged in any way or they encouraged you. Relationships will never be completely healed and our bodies will be perfect and young looking and will never get old. In heaven all things will be beautiful and new all the time.
His mercies are new every morning. Great is His faithfulness."-Seek truth on Yahoo!

"For me, Heaven is much different than what we have heard from religions, especially the Christian one. I believe Heaven is indescribable, yet the only way it was able to be explained was by giving it attributes of the most wonderful worldly things: babies, clouds, wings and light. These are things that make us feel good.
If Heaven is real, or some sort of afterlife where all suffering is purged, it must be so unworldly, so entirely profound that is escapes the understanding of it through sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Since we will not have our carnal shells, we will understand Heaven only through our spirituality and it will be something much more illuminating and enlightening than anything one can ever experience on Earth. It is the eternal slumber, the perpetual peace, Nirvana, you name it.
And I believe God will give everyone a chance to arrive there and will cast no one out."- Steven on Yahoo!
"The apparent gap between the death and the birth of a human being is that period in which the gross-conscious soul, in its association with its fully developed spiritual energy and mental bodies, has experiences of the predominant counterpart of the opposite impressions gathered by the recently dissociated human-form. This state of the soul, in the apparent gap between death and birth, is generally called hell or heaven, and this process of intermittent association and dissociation of consciousness of the conscious soul in human-form, now fully conscious, is termed the “Reincarnation Process.” If the predominant counterpart of the impressions of opposites (such as virtue and vice, good and evil, male and female, etc.), as experienced by the soul, now associated only with the spiritual and mental, is of virtue or goodness (i.e., the positive aspect of the opposite impressions), then the soul is said to be in heaven. If it is of vice or evil (i.e., the negative aspect of opposite impressions), then the soul is said to be in hell.
The states of heaven and hell are nothing but states of intensive experiences of the consciousness of the soul, experiencing either of the predominant counterparts of the opposite impressions while the soul is dissociated from the gross human body or form. The soul itself does not go to heaven or hell, as is the general belief, because it is eternally infinite and eternally in the Over-Soul. It is the consciousness of the soul that experiences the impressions. As soon as the predominant counterpart of impressions is experienced and exhausted, and just when equilibrium is about to be maintained between the opposites of impressions of the last human -form that was dropped, at this juncture the soul automatically associates with the next-most human-form, molded of the consolidated impressions of opposites which were about to be in a state of equilibrium.
Thus the gross consciousness of the soul, after experiencing either hell or heaven, associates with the next human-form (takes another birth) to experience and exhaust the residual opposite impressions of the last birth. As has already been said, this next human-form of the soul is nothing but the consolidated mould of the residual opposite impressions of the last form. It is in this manner that an apparently unending chain of births and deaths of human-forms or beings continues to form and dwindle.
This is the course of reincarnation in human forms of the soul, after it has gained full gross consciousness through the whole series of evolution of the gross consciousness. Right from the unconscious state of the soul (comparable to the deep-sleep state of man), until it has gained full gross consciousness (comparable to the wide-open eyes of man in the awake state) while experiencing the gross world, the soul is One—indivisible, infinite, formless—and is eternally in the Over-Soul."- Ceaseless Becoming on Yahoo!
"You want my views of the afterlife? Well, I think that THIS is the afterlife. People have died before me, I will die, and people will continue to be born after me. So do I ever really die? I don't. The only thing that dies is my ego, in other words, my 'social playing card' (in a sense). The only thing that dies is all of my conceptions of who I am. They will cease to continue through to the lives of other humans. Does that mean I die? Absolutely not. You see, humanity is a single entity. Humans to humanity is analogous with "your" cells to "your" body. Humans don't like to see this though. They like to attach to their definitions of themselves. They like to think just because their sensual perception is limited to their organism that that is all they are. It's not though. You are as much everyone around you as you are your foot. So what happens when "I" die? My ego dies. I will still live on though. Just because I can't sense the world from the perspective of my sperm cells doesn't mean they're not me and it most definitely does not mean that when that sperm develops into another human being it's going to be someone "else". It's not going to be someone else. It's going to me. We are all me. I am you. They are us. We are WE."- Nathanael on Yahoo!
"Heaven is experiencing a perfect mind in a perfect universe.
Imagine Your perfect paradise now, then try to imagine it being even better.

"Heaven is a paradise, with no sinful desires, no pain, no fear, no hate. We will be reunited with our loved ones who have passed before us, including our pets! I don't think Heaven will be cherubs flying around playing harps, or people floating on fluffy white clouds. Heaven will look a lot like earth, but imagine everything in full HD. Brighter colors, and all. Not to mention your sense of taste and smell will be greatly increased. Maybe if you liked playing sports, you could do the same there. Just imagine 500 hole golf courses, or giant swimming pools! My father loved playing gold, so I could see him on some gold course up there. He also liked to eat, so I can also imagine him in a giant buffet serving line getting anything he could ever want."- midwesternmike on Yahoo!
